I discovered this company through a google search, and used to list them on every subpoena I sent to the bay area (appx 3-5 per quarter). I have discontinued that practice as a result of a few billing/business practices, and the time it takes to correct them. (e.g. A flat fee is charged for being deposition agent on a subpoena even where no response is received from the deponent is hard to explain.) I am also dealing with a separate billing issue relating to documents that my office doesn't have any record of receiving.
