Mr Whiting really helped me out a lot. His persistence during the 6 months I was not working saved me from losing everything. I had an amazing experience with Whiting law firm. I initially met Jason and Sabrina while they were with another law firm. Initially I stayed with the other firm and was not happy with the service I was receiving, I located Jason and Sabrina and switched back to them. Jason Whiting and his paralegal Sabrina are very compassionate, and keep it 100% with you. When they tell you they will get something done, they get it done come hell or high water. I had many conversations with Sabrina while having a melt down and she never rushed me off the phone, she listened like a best friend or a sister would. My experience with Jason Whiting was absolutely top tier. I came hours away from settling a significant settlement for a sum that barely would cover my medical expenses. I was talked down to by the insurance company bringing age, lack of experience, poor time management all to get me to take an offer that I was lead to believe was really my only option. Through a last minute referral I found Jason. One phone call and a brief explanation of the situation and that my timeline was going to expire the next day. He personally drove to the courthouse that day! Opened my suit and for the next two years completely changed my experience.

I was made to feel more like a friend and not just an employer. Someone who wanted to understand my situation, offered advice and ideas not just telling me what to do because he's the lawyer. We settled 4x higher than my first offer. Many people warned me about hiring a lawyer and said that you rarely see more than your first offer from insurance. That they gouge you with crazy extra fees and you have no choice. This just was simply not the case everything was clear and fair.

If I ever get into another incident in the Roanoke area Jason will be my first call!
