We had a horrible experience…used them last year far ahead of tax season as we needed advice filing married for the first time. We were ignored or brushed off for months and ended up having to file a literal last minute extension. When they finally did our taxes they called us at 9am on a Sunday morning and said we had to pay the IRS $80k by the end of the day…yes $80,000 end of day…

Run don’t walk in the other direction…H&R Block would have been so much better…really sad set up…lots of confusion and excuses the whole time with ZERO advice I mentioned above.
