Their law firm advertized in our church bulliten so I called to make an appointment for me and my wife. We were given a 4PM appointment. On the day of the appointment, as is my wont, we arrived 15 minutes early since I never want to inconvience anyone or have someone wait for me. We checked in and were told to have a seat in the waiting area. After that, we never heard a single word from anybody except from a man, who walked thru the area, glanced at us and said, "Hello". Long after our scheduled time, with no communication, we had no indication of how much longer we would have to wait. We did not want to be there all night, so we left. I do not know if they are incompetent, unfriendly or just arrogant and wanted us to know that their time is more valuable than ours. It has been a week and no one has called to appologize or try to reschedule so I am leaning towards they being arrogant. We are now in the process of finding another attorney.
