For now we will give 3 because it has been over a year and my accident is still going through “negotiations”. They are good at communication every time I’ve asked or called about an updated they have one but I’m hopeful it will close soon. Some of the network doctors and staff were unprofessional in assuming because my husband and I are tattooed up and to them we look ghetto or whatever it may be though we’re far from it. I hope that they are as good as people say it’s been a long battle waiting to end!!
