On July 15th 2024 I was bitten by a dog while at work, after learning that the dog's owner could not prove that the dog had its Rabie's shots or any vaccinations at all, I had to undergo a series of Rabie shots that were horribly painful, I have never felt to need for legal advice in my life until this happened, I reached out to another law firm who directed me to Woomer and Talarico, I left a message and shortly after that I was contacted by Kyle Dipre, and honestly believing I had little to no case at all, Kyle assured me that there was not only a case but a very winnable case, so after discussing this over with my wife Lisa we decided to move forward, Kyle and his team moved forward very quickly and in a short 8 months we reached an agreement with the home owners insurance provider and settled on a more than fair outcome, Kyle and his team were very upfront and transparent, and extremely professional, he was also very kind and respectful and always returned a phone call or a text message with answers to any and all my many questions. I live in Florida and in March 2022 I attended a family funeral in PA with my spouse. However on our way back home, there was a lot of snow and I slipped on the airport tarmac and suffered a terrible broken leg. I had my surgical procedure in PA, had to stay almost an extra week and then fly back to Florida.
