I got a traffic ticket in Rushville so I called John’s office hoping to get it dismissed, he negotiated a fair deal that I should’ve taken but instead I kept waiting for about a year and finally I give up and took the plea agreement .
They drop the ball about telling me that there is a court fees that I have to pay and I end up finding out the hard way from the Bmv that my license is suspended... John legal assistance Elizabeth A Gratzer and his secretary Penny Sams block me from talking to John about this. They legally helped me and hurt me at the same time... it’s been over a year and case closed with a suspension on my driving record that really shouldn’t be there .
