This is not where to go for wills. First, the door at the front of the building is not the entrance, it is at the rear of the building. It is a secure building so the door is locked. You will see a sign directing you to call a number which is where I spoke to Mary who directed me to the legal assistance office at the Soldier Support Center.

Speaking only of the tax office,This place has the world's weirdest elevator, and you must have an escort to operate it. If you're alone you will need to ask a bypasser to get you assistance. Strongly suggest calling into you get an appointment. Office opens at 9, I was the 28th person in line at 8:35, but only 1 of 4 yo have an appointment. If you can't get through on the phone, I'd suggest going in person to make an appointment and avoid hours of waiting.

Phone number listed tells me to call one of two other numbers. One of which isn't a working number, and the other has a mailbox that is full. Please fix this issue, as not all Soldiers have the ability come to your location, and most issues could be resolved by answering a simple question.

We waited for over an hour, after being seated, before we were told the waitress lost our order. The food wasn't very good tonight either.
