I would not recommend this company to ship anything.
They do not know how to pack things up for shipping.
They have no customer service, they do not answer their phones or call back.
My wife purchased a bird bath from a company in Wickenburg.
That company brought it the your store to be shipped.
For being a company that is involved in shipping you don't know how to pack anything.
The boxes that you used were too big and you used bubble wrap and put some smaller boxes to take up the extra room, if you thought it was packed up good, you don't know what you are doing.
For being a heavier item it should have been packed up better than you did.
We received the boxes and the bird bath was busted.
We called which took a while for you to call back.
We told you that we wanted a complete refund.
It took a while to receive which was not for the full amount.
Called back a number of times before you called back.
You told me you had to file a claim with the shipping company.
You need to take care of your customers. You want payment right away.
You should have returned the money right away also.
You sent a second check which still was not correct.
You still owe us more.
I have called a number of times and you have not returned a call.
I don't expect to get a reply from this either.
I want to let everybody know how you take care of customers.
Do not use this place to ship anything if you want your items to arrive in one piece.

I purchased a bird bath and they shipped it back to Kansas for me. When I got the bird bath it was all broken because they didn't pack it properly. Now we are having issues with them giving us our money back. I don't recommend anyone using them because they don't know what they are doing.

Everytime I come here they are closed even when both the online and their front door says they'll be open. It sucks cause I really need something shipped and now I'm going to have to go into surprise and spend 40$ in gas just to ship it. Absolutely ridiculous

We walked in with a variety of unusual tasks and they jumped right on it. From notary to copies, reduction and lamination, Your Secretary did everything promptly and professionally with a smile. Do recommend and will use again.

Had PMB service here for over 2 yrs and customer service was good. Now I'm returning to FL full-time and came into close my PMB, turn on key (to which I paid to have made since they only had 1 key in house) and collect $50.00 deposit. Low and behold I only get $20 back. $30.00 is a non-refundable "set-up" fee. This was not part of the agreement nor was I advised of such. I even retained the "deposit" slip at time of service agreement. Deceptive practice and nickle and dime BS fees. Definitely won't be recommending to friends or family.

I arrived right before closing in desperate need of help shipping my Mom’s possessions after she passed and was shown such care and concern I couldn’t believe it! This place saved me and I can’t recommend them enough!!! What a wonderful store.
