I agree with previous post. There is blatant discrimination going on. I too have a neighbor and they respond to him and not to me. As of right now my neighbor is recording me and had a light shown on me and my property watching me enter and leave my house. I reported it on Friday no response. If you 311 they close out the case without ever responding. Citizen problems are not a priority if your the wrong color.

At this point, there is blatant discrimination going on. My neighbor calls and you guys are out here within 48 hours to issue a citation. I or my mother call about something, and you MIGHT wander out three months later. Apparently, we're not allowed to remodel our home because the neighbor doesn't like it? You're allowing a neighbor to harass us through city branches, which last time I checked is not technically legal.
