Worst Lawyer service I've ever experienced. So, I'm a landlord and I'm currently having SEVERE tenant issues. This office came highly recommended from a friend and I have an open and shut case on my hands. Easy take for any attorney, but I work 0600-1700 in State College, so I simply asked for a phone conference instead of meeting face to face unless it was necessary for our work to be conducted. I called 5 times over the course of 2 weeks and left my information on the machine the first time and gave it 3 days before I contacted them again. I got the secretary and I asked her to tell me if they would take my case or not immediately, so that, if not, I could enlist in someone else as my needs are VERY urgent at this time. She said she would check and call me back. No call back. Fast forward to a few days later, I called again and was told they were going to call me back, but time didn't allow and that they would look at my case and she would see if the lawyer would possibly call me today, but not entirely likely and it would probably be next week, but she would give me a call back by the end of day. 1530 rolls around still no call back, so I call them back and ask them since they were taking my case if I could put them as my representative because I have to file a representative form when I file the complaint form and I NEEDED to file that form the next day. She said, "hold on," and a man named Randy came on the phone said who he was and proceeded to berate me saying I was seeking free legal advice and that I needed to set up an appointment to meet them face to face and pay the fees or they weren't doing anything. He would not listen and continued to rail against me even as I tried to say I was trying to set something up and I have the money and I can pay the fees and that I wasn't trying to seek any free legal advice, I was trying to enlist in their services and he hung up on me. I was driving, so I thought I lost service and called back when he asked if there was something I was confused about what he said and refused to listen again as I tried to tell him I was trying to enlist in their services and if this is how they conduct business they will not get any of mine. I called a REAL office in State College and they listened to everything I had to say, got my information, and immediately sent a conflict of interest form up with the promise they will call by 11am and told me they didn't want any fees until they talked to me and got the whole case. Oh, and they did it over the phone and it took 20 minutes. I will never recommend Zimmerman Law Office to anyone. Worst experience I've ever had with any attorney.
